South Central Industries' campus is located in the heart of downtown Shawnee. The group homes are conveniently located on the South Central Industries campus on Louisa street. We currently offer 12 units of housing, but will be expanding in 2021 to add 12 additional units. 8 units will be apartment style housing and 4 units will be single family lots located with in a half mile of the campus. When you live in housing provided by South Central Industries you live in a home. Our group home clients enjoy cooking meals together, movie nights, and backyard BBQs. They also benefit from learning daily living skills from our compassionate housing staff.
