South Central Industries and Blue Zones Project are partnering on an exciting new project in the downtown area. The outcome will be an amazing new crosswalk design chosen from a pool of submissions from local artists to provide an added level of safety for the PEEPs that walk to and from work and an exciting new visual to the corner of 9th and Louisa.

This opportunity is open to artists living in Oklahoma with a preference for Pottawatomie County artists. The application deadline is 5:00 pm on April 20, 2021.

A maximum of a $1000 award for the artist selected to realize his/her work. The awarded artist will be highlighted and featured on social media platforms to be determined by the project partners.
